I’m still on the search lol. I typically use chrome dev tools + responsive design mode while developing. To work out device specific quirks I connect the live PWA on my phone to the debug console on desktop safari and play with it there.

There definitely needs to be better tooling for PWAs… Maybe one of us will step up to the plate one day haha.
